Full-Scale Interior Design
Percy Estate is a lakefront family home made to be lived in and lingered over. We took on the full design and decorating with the water always in mind, orienting the spaces toward the view and layering warm, timeless materials that hold up to real family life. The result is a home that feels calm and grounded through the day and glows at golden hour, built for slow evenings and long, unhurried sunsets over the lake.

Trillium Interiors is a boutique studio led by Anya Fedontchouk. Every project is guided personally, from the first idea to the final styling. We never rush the details that matter, and we never let a project drift.
