Percy Estate is a lakefront family home made to be lived in and lingered over. We took on the full design and decorating with the water always in mind, orienting the spaces toward the view and layering warm, timeless materials that hold up to real family life. The result is a home that feels calm and grounded through the day and glows at golden hour, built for slow evenings and long, unhurried sunsets over the lake.
